G8-Xtra Newspaper
The fifth issue of G8-Xtra is out - this time in English! - in time for the International Demonstration on June 2. Full of information about actions, blockades, camps, the paper contains a lot of useful information to have with you in Rostock/around Heiligendamm. In a comprehensive 'Service' section, you can find information about addresses and telephone numbers, as well as about public transport, medical facilities and lots more. Everything is complemented by news about the Legal Team, legal information, and the political situation in the area. The Interventionist Left's Call to Action against the G8 Summit in Heiligendamm is in there too. The newspaper will be distributed on the demonstration on June 2, and will be available in the camps and at the Convergence Centre.

G8-Xtra Newspaper
For the fourth edition, we’ve doubled the size!. Over eight pages, you can find articles about the Block G8 campaign, the German G8 Agenda and the role of the G8 as a motor of global warming. There’s also an evaluation of the anti-G8 mobilisation so far, along with reports about Move Against G8, the ‘security measures’ of the other side and in particular, the ‘Heiligendamm Wall’. There’s also a copy of the Interventionist Left’s call to action against the Summit. And over a double-page spread with all the important information about the protests gathered together – easily removed and hung on the wall. As ever: the newspaper can be ordered for free from us to be distributed further. The newspaper is currently only in German. The English version is coming soon!

G8-Xtra Newspaper
"Grant the Rulers No Calm! Instead of a Red Zone: A Global Rebellion”, reads the headline on the first page of the latest edition of the campaign newspaper, G8-Xtra. The third edition has a wide range of contents. Over four pages, there are reasons given for the protest and resistance against the G8 Summit in Heiligendamm, along with problems and possibilities for leftwing interventions in social movement. Alongside the action road-map to Heiligendamm, there’s also a call for protests against the NATO security conference in Munich from 9-11 February 2007.

G8-Xtra Newspaper
The second edition of the four-page G8 mobilisation paper is ready. In Issue 2, there are articles, amongst others, focussing on the cultural mobilisation against the G8; an interview with activists about the state of the movement; about the regional Nazi-scene in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern; and information about the planned day of action being organised by networks which work on the issue of migration. We’ve doubled the print-run, seeing as demand for the first issue massively outstripped supply. One that note: Thank you to everyone who has helped distribute the paper until now. Keep it up!
